Scottsdale Office Building, Scottsdale AZ
In 2002, two substantially completed Class A office buildings located in Scottsdale, AZ, were identified and acquired at a projected cap rate in excess of 9% from Opus West. The buildings were completed and fully leased substantially to credit tenants such as Wells Fargo by NCLC. NCLC sold the buildings at a 6% cap rate and exited the market in 2006.
