Maple & Main, Hayward CA

Situated on most of a city block in Downtown Hayward, CA, Maple and Main consists of 240 luxury apartment units with structured "wrap" garage parking, a 3,800 square foot clubhouse, courtyard pool and spa, a roof top terrace, and over 5,000 square feet of ground floor retail, which will start construction in Q3 of 2019.


Maple and Main is located one block from the retail center of the rejuvenated historic downtown section of Hayward and four blocks from BART with San Francisco just a 35 minute BART ride away. Maple and Main also provides easy access to the 580 and 880 freeways and, accordingly, to all areas of the East Bay and South Bay.

Additionally and adjacent to the 240 luxury apartment units, Phase 2 will consist of 85 luxury apartment units and 15,000 square feet of commercial office space.

The Sevens, San Jose CA

Located in Midtown San Jose, CA, less than four blocks from the Diridon Light Rail Station, 500 feet from the new VTA light rail station to be opened in the next several years, and less than one half mile from two proposed BART stations, The Sevens will begin construction by Q3 of 2019. The development will include 149 condominiums in a seven story buildings (five residential floors over two levels of parking). Amenities include a pool, fitness center, rooftop terrace, and community room.


The building will be architecturally unique being constructed with generous quantities of glass, vertically striated sheet metal, and stucco. Its undulating elevation and articulated building elements will preside over the rapidly changing streetscape of West San Carlos Street.

The Sands, Palm Desert CA

The Sands Apartments, located in Palm Desert, CA, comprises 18.13 acres directly across from the renowned Marriott Desert Springs Resort. It is an infill property and the subject of a 1989 Development Agreement with the City of Palm Desert. The development will consist of 388 garden style apartments, a 9,000 square foot clubhouse, two pools, and extensive landscaping.

The Sands is adjacent to the 20 acre Palm Desert Soccer Park and contiguous to the James Earl Carter Elementary School. It is 10 minutes or less to Palm Desert High School, the Westfield Shopping Mall, the specialty retail and fine restaurants of El Paseo, Cal State Palm Desert and UC Riverside campuses, the McCallum Theater, and Palm Desert City Hall, truly in the center of activity for all of the Coachella Valley. Construction is scheduled to begin Q3 of 2019.



The Bay Club Apartments, Sand City CA

The Bay Club Apartments, located in Sand City, CA, on the Monterey Peninsula, consists of 231 luxury apartments in two five story buildings with a separate 3 story structured parking garage. The development is situated on sand dunes overlooking the Monterey Bay, just a 5 minute walk to the beach.

When completed, The Bay Club Apartments will be the first major new apartment building to open on the Monterey Peninsula in over 25 years.
