Cannon Ranch, a Master Planned Community located in Tampa, FL, consisted of 1,966 acres and was entitled for over 5,000 residential units, a 150,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center, an 18 hole Arnold Palmer Signiture Golf Course, clubhouse, and resort. It was sold to a regional home builder in joint venture with a New York City hedge fund.
Sycamore Heights, Pleasonton CA
Sycamore Heights, located in Pleaseonton, CA, was entitled for 48 single family lots and was then sold to Summerhill Homes after the lots were finished.
Eastlake, Tracy CA
Eastlake, located in Tracy, CA, consisted of a large man made lake surrounded by and entitled for 600 single family lots situated on over 200 acres. Eastlake was sold to Pulte Homes after the lake was completed and the first phase lots were finished.
Old Piedmont, San Jose CA
Old Piedmont, located in San Jose, CA, consisted of 17 acres entitled for 95 lots. The project was sold to a regional home builder.
Granite Point, Reno NV
Located in Reno, NV, within the gated Arrow Creek Master Planned Community, Granite Point was entitled for 106 single family lots. The lots were finished and sold to an affiliate home builder.
